No more double trouble! If you regularly travel on the Paris–Dreux or Paris–Montargis–Gien–Briare lines, you've probably noticed the current complexity of trips between Île-de-France and Centre-Val de Loire. Until now, travelers needed a Rémis Zen subscription for the Centre-Val de Loire part and a Navigo Pass for the Île-de-France segment. This setup required using two different cards, presenting two separate receipts for employer reimbursement, and dealing with some pretty inconvenient administrative tasks on a daily basis.
The Navigo-Rémi Pass, a result of a partnership between Île-de-France Mobilités and the Centre-Val de Loire Region, puts an end to all that. Starting from November 3, 2025, just one single...
The transport ticket will be enough to cover the entire journey. A welcome simplification for the 7,000 travelers affected, especially at stations like Dreux, Marchezais-Broué, Dordives, Montargis, Nogent-sur-Vernisson, Gien, or Briare.Plus de frontière régionale, un seul abonnement : le Navigo Remi ! Illimité sur toute l’Île-de-France.

An online form to register on the IDF Mobilités website
On the practical side, annual subscribers can sign up starting at the end of October through an online form on the Île-de-France Mobilités website. You will then receive your Pass Navigo-Rémi by mail, along with a little holographic sticker to stick on your current Navigo card. There's no need to change your card or cancel your existing subscriptions. And the cherry on top: the price remains unchanged. However, you can still count on 116 € for Rémi Zen and 88.80 € for the monthly Navigo.
But the real revolution is the simplicity. Just one certificate to send to your employer, one pass to validate on public transport, and no more rummaging through your backpack at every check. The Pass Navigo-Rémi works just like a classic Navigo: metro, RER, tram, and more.
bus, TER… 750 stations and over 10,000 buses are now at your validation fingertips.See this post on Instagram
This joint Pass marks a groundbreaking advancement in the cooperation between the two regions. Announced as early as June 2024 by François Bonneau, president of the Centre-Val de Loire, and Valérie Pécresse, president of the Île-de-France Region, it embodies a shared desire: to make commuting easier and encourage...encourage the use of trains over cars.
A first step before expanding the initiative
And this is just the beginning. More lines may soon benefit from the same initiative, particularly Paris-Chartres-Nogent-le-Rotrou, which was mentioned as early as the initial announcements of the project. The medium-term goal : to make the Pass Navigo-Rémi dematerialized, allowing it to be purchased and used directly from your smartphone. An evolution that travelers are eagerly anticipating, as they are already accustomed to this convenience on other networks.

In the meantime, the users involved can already rejoice: less paperwork, more simplicity, and the same mobility. A small step for the administration, a giant leap for all those who commute daily between two regions.
So if you’re near Montargis, Dreux, or Gien, make sure to keep an eye on your mailbox at the end of October: your Pass Navigo-Rémi is probably on its way, ready to save you time, bring clarity... and add a touch of serenity to your daily journeys.
