We have finally arrived at July 14, the national holiday and time for celebrations all across France! But with a national holiday comes closed establishments and disruptions on the metro. Let’s take a look at what’s accessible and what’s not.
What’s open and what’s closed on July 14
Transportation
Overall, the entire network should operate normally with a few exceptions.
Line 1 : the stops Charles de Gaulle - Étoile, Tuileries, Concorde, Champs-Élysées—Clémenceau, Franklin D. Roosevelt, George V, and Argentine will not be served on July 14.
Line 6 : the metro will not run between Trocadéro and Charles de Gaulle - Étoile on July 14.
Line 9 : the stops Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel, Pont de l’Alma, Sèvres-Lecourbe, Cambronne, Dupleix, Bir-Hakeim, Passy, Trocadéro, Boissière, École Militaire, Alma-Marceau, and Saint-Philippe-du-Roule will not be served on July 13 starting at 6 PM. The stop Iéna will not be served starting from July 13 at 6 PM until July 14 at 11:30 PM. The stop Rue de la Pompe will not be served starting from July 13 at 11 PM through July 14 inclusive. On July 14, the stops Charles-de-Gaulle—Étoile, Tuileries, Concorde, Champs-Élysées-Clémenceau, Franklin D. Roosevelt, George V, and Argentine will not be served.not served.

RER A : the Charles-de-Gaulle—Étoile station will not be served on July 14th.
RER C : the stops Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel, Pont de l’Alma, Sèvres-Lecourbe, Cambronne, Dupleix, Bir-Hakeim, Passy, Trocadéro, Boissière, École Militaire, Alma-Marceau, and St-Philippe-du-Roule will not be served on July 13th starting at 6 PM.

The Museums
The municipal museums will remain open on July 14th. This includes the Petit Palais, the Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of Romantic Life, Carnavalet Museum, Palais Galliera, Cognacq-Jay Museum, and even the house of Victor Hugo. You can also visit the Jacquemart-André Museum, Grévin Museum, Montmartre Museum, the City of Science and Industry, the Army Museum, Rodin Museum, and the Panthéon. Other establishments, like the Orangerie Museum (closed in the morning), the Orsay Museum, and The Louvre, will be closing their doors or adjusting their hours.

The municipal libraries will be closed on July 14th.

About ten swimming pools will stay open on July 14 with modified hours.
Some Stores and Food Markets grocery stores

The food markets in the capital will stay open on July 14th. It's very likely that other shops will keep their shutters down or adjust their hours. The stores Action will remain open in Paris and the surrounding areas, with slightly different hours than usual. The big department stores are also likely to adjust their hours, such as the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, which will open from 11 AM to 8 PM.
