After targeting Pascal Praud and Jul, the comedian has now chosen pastry chef Cédric Grolet as his next subject in a new video that is both hyper-realistic and a little embarrassing.

Since he presented to the world his new Christmas log cake, Cédric Grolet has become the laughing stock of the Internet. And this situation is not likely to improve since Malik Bentalha released his new video, in which he openly criticizes (and not always very subtly) the marketing of the pastry chef.

From the boutique decor to the euphoric customers, through the sometimes questionable trompe-l'oeil, everything is there to recreate the universe of the pastry chef from the Meurice. We can really see the completely absurd side of it all, especially the price of the creations. And we admit, some parts still made us smile.

Malik Bentalha takes things to the extreme by imagining a store where everything is edible, from chairs to cigarette butts, without hesitation and sometimes gleefully mocking the overly gullible and not very clever clientele who rejoice at the idea of eating a snow tire for Christmas.

But overall, it's important to know before watching the video that the humor is a bit risqué and juvenile, and it might not appeal to everyone. And even though he tackles a concept that we may not necessarily endorse, it doesn't justify all types of humor either...
