A Louis Vuitton palace in the heart of the most beautiful avenue in the world? The rumor has been growing for months, and it’s now confirmed. On September 28, 2023, the Paris departmental commercial planning commission gave the green light to a project that is both ambitious and symbolic: the opening of the first Louis Vuitton hotel.
The chosen address: a super strategic location on the Champs-Élysées, at numbers 103 to 111, covering a projected area of nearly 6,000 m². In other words, the famous LV trunk is about to become a true place of stay, marking a historic turning point for the House.

An Art Deco Building Filled with History
Before welcoming fortunate travelers and luxury enthusiasts, the building has lived many lives. Built on the initiative of the Compagnie des Wagons-Lits during the 1900 World's Fair, it has long represented the elegance of French travel.
More recently, it housed the Paris headquarters of HSBC for nearly twenty years. Once covered by a massive Dior canvas, the building seemed destined for a flagship… but ultimately, it will be Louis Vuitton who sets up shop here. The architectural project has been entrusted to the Franco-Uruguayan agency Barthélémy Griño, based in Paris.

Dream suites, XXL spa, and immersive experiences
As for the amenities, everything is still being confirmed, but the initial whispers are already making our mouths water. The future hotel could feature around ten ultra-luxurious suites with breathtaking views of Paris.
