After its self-service bikes in Paris, Lime is now firmly establishing itself in the western suburbs of Île-de-France. Croissy-sur-Seine, Houilles, Le Pecq, Le Port-Marly, Le Vésinet, Marly-le-Roi, Montesson, and Sartrouville now welcome about a thousand scooters for self-service.
Rethinking mobility for daily commutes
Residents seem to be on board already: 57% of users are using them to get to work, with peaks of activity during rush hours, between 7 AM and 9 AM in the morning, and then from 5 PM to 8 PM in the evening. The scooter is gradually establishing itself as a real mode of transport, far beyond just a weekend leisure activity.
Another interesting piece of data: while 42% of trips remain within a single municipality, the majority (58%) connects...
the two neighboring cities. This proves that the Lime scooter meets a real need for intercommunal mobility, whether it's for work, school, shopping, or hanging out with friends.See this post on Instagram
A feel-good campaign to rediscover the West of Île-de-France in a new way
To celebrate this big comeback, Lime has created a campaign called « The comeback we’ve all been waiting for ». The idea? Eight thematic strolls through the towns of the Seine Loop, presented in the form of vintage postcards directly attached to the scooters.

By scanning the QR code, residents can explore 30 to 60 minute routes that combine banks, parks, historic centers, and iconic spots.
From Croissy to Sartrouville, the idea is simple : Rediscover your territory in a whole new way, by moving more freely and more cleanly. It’s a fun and responsible way to get excited about trotting around, without the hassle of traffic jams or parking struggles.
