From 5 to 100 euros gifted for no reason?
Today, there are dozens and dozens of accounts that play along in the capital, regularly posting videos to give away nice sums to strangers. Among them, we especially note @pecuniare8 and @attrapecashparis, who respectively have 8,987 and 8606 followers. A bit further back, we find @cache_cash_fr and its community of 2,467 people on Instagram.
One thing is for sure, the people running these accounts are very nice, leaving sums that can sometimes reach 100 euros, and seemingly with no strings attached. However, some doubt a little the generosity of the authors, fearing a scam: they could very well film themselves depositing the money, and take it back right away, once the camer.a is turned off. And even if some claim in the comments to have found the bills, it's difficult to prove that they are not accomplices (especially when 25 of them claim to have recovered the same treasure).
To overcome this, the two largest accounts encourage the winners to contact them to share their messages on Instagram and TikTok, and sometimes even stick around to discreetly film the happy winner receiving the prize. Before sharing all of this as evidence on social media, of course.
