We're enjoying Geoffrey Lengagne's market cuisine at Brion

Geoffrey Lengagne, who has worked in the kitchens of Mathieu Viannay in Lyon, Pierre Gagnaire in London, and Thomas Keller in New York, now presents a simple and personal table in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. Enter Brion, a restaurant that combines taste and emotion on the plate and promotes drinking well and eating well. Geoffrey amazes us with a sincere market cuisine, focused on seafood and micro-seasonality. Peas with a sage siphon topped with bottarga; barbecued bonito with caramelized onions and turmeric sauce; rhubarb and spice cream cannoli topped with mezcal ice cream... In short, raw materials delicately assembled in a perfectly composed dish, accompanied by finely selected wines from independent winemakers. A flawless experience.

Cool off with a Spanish-style iced coffee at Cortado.

Make a quick stop on the Iberian Peninsula with this Spanish-style coffee shop that

Just a few steps away from the Temple Square and the Marché des Enfants Rouges, a new spot has opened its doors. Everything, from the furniture to the products, is directly imported from Barcelona to bring us the best of Gaudí's city. On the menu? Plenty of delicious bites to snack on, from the classic pan con tomate to the timeless savory croissant with ibérico ham and manchego with black garlic. But the must-have to cool off in the middle of July: the typical café con hielo, an espresso shot to pour over a glass filled with ice cubes. A boost of energy and a touch of freshness all in one.

Every Sunday, from noon until sunset, La Ferme du Bonheur turns into a giant picnic. On the menu? A different menu every weekend, cooked by the Cabane Restaurant with good local produce from the market, and of course, very reasonable prices.
