The most Japanese
Hakata Choten comes straight from Japan, and their gyozas were voted the best gyozas in Japan in 2004 - that's no small feat! The filling of the gyoza is considered sacred at Hakata Choten, and they come close to perfection. We love the delicacy of their crispy and tender thin pastry. Whether plain, with onions, or with the chef's spicy miso, they are undoubtedly some of the best in the capital. Prices range from €5 to €6 for 5 gyozas, and €11 for 10.
