Here we go again! It will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, and will notably mark the arrival of autumn.

A Moon Filled with Meaning
Make sure to look up Saturday evening, you might just be surprised by the appearance, starting at 6:50 PM, of the full Harvest Moon. To understand where this name comes from, you'll need to take a trip back in time to when the brilliant light of this moon allowed farmers to continue harvesting once darkness fell, in the northern hemisphere.
It holds key importance since it's the moon closest to the autumn equinox. It's especially when it appears in the sky that it becomes particularly fascinating to observe.

The good news is that no matter where you are in France, this full moon should be visible. As for the other full moons in 2026, they'll take place on October 26 (Hunter's full moon), on November 24 (Beaver's full moon), and on December 24 (super cold full moon). Don't miss them!
