The 6th arrondissement is home to Kodawari Ramen – Yokochō, a true temple of ramen. Here, the bros simmer for a long time and the noodles are handmade, perfect for warming up after a stroll in the rain.

In the 9th district, Adami focuses on modern fresh pasta, prepared by chef Zacharia Mahfoud in an intimate setting. The Hauts-de-Seine area has plenty to offer too. In Montrouge, Farouche delights with its modern and evolving cuisine, showcasing perfectly cooked seasonal ingredients. In La Garenne-Colombes, Tata Yoyo provides a generous bistro in a neo-vintage decor, perfect for a cozy lunch or dinner.

Finally, Cabane, located in Nanterre, is back in the spotlight with its modern bistronomy, reflecting the star-studded journey of chef Jean-François Bury. These three spots remind us that you don’t have to stay in Paris to enjoy delicious meals at great prices.

The Bib Gourmand, a trusted label

Created in 1997, the Bib Gourmand rewards restaurants offering the best quality-price ratio. In Paris, a complete meal without drinks costs around 45 euros, a fantastic deal for food lovers who want to indulge without breaking the bank. « In today's world, given the prices of products and labor, offering such high-quality cuisine deserves to be recognized », reminds Gwendal Poullennec, international director of the Michelin guide.

As the days remain cold and damp, these new spots promise warmth, flavor, and joy, inviting Parisians and locals to come together over delicious dishes. The 2026 star ceremony, which will unveil the starred establishments, will take place on March 16th.
