This Sunday, October 5th, the most beautiful avenue in the world is getting ready to welcome a very different crowd from its usual tourists eager for luxury shops and fast food treats. And for good reason: it’s thousands of animals and their loving humans who will be meeting at 2 PM on the Champs-Élysées roundabout for a grand four-legged parade. Let us explain!
From Nice to Paris
Launched in 2022 in Nice by the city councilor Henri-Jean Servat according to Sortir à Paris, this Urban Noah’s Ark gathered 500 animals – including cats, dogs, horses, llamas, and more – and almost 2,000 furry friends on the Promenade des Anglais at the last Nice edition back in April. There's no doubt: the Animal March has captured the hearts of the public, who don’t hesitate to show their love for their beloved companions. So much so that the march has now spread to the capital, on the most beautiful avenue in the world!e avenue of the world, no less!

Honored Guests: Dogs and Cats
This year, 2025, will mark the first Parisian edition of the Animal March, supported by the mayor's office of the 8th district, the City of Paris, and the Urban Animal Festival, which will take place the day before, on October 4th, in Bercy Park. On this occasion, everyone is invited to come...All animal lovers, accompanied by their loyal four-legged friends, whether they be dogs, cats, or horses.
Meet up at the Champs-Élysées roundabout at 2 PM, for a walk starting at 3 PM towards the Arc de Triomphe. An XXL and unusual parade - on a completely pedestrianized avenue - featuring the capital's pets, horses from the Republican Guard, and many organizations working for animal protection. A tribute to our furry friends that you won't want to miss (promise, it will be super cute).
