To create this impeccable ranking, La Liste followed the same method as for restaurants. The study is based on over 400 reviews of the establishments, available online. It includes feedback from a professional hotel inspector.

A ranking with undeniable objectivity is then made by an algorithm based on scores out of 100. And it seems that this year, two French establishments – even better, Parisian – have managed to charm everyone who walked through their doors. They are La Réserve in the 8th, and ...Cheval Blanc, the hotel located in the Samaritaine. An incredibly prestigious place where the chef Arnaud Donckele works, who has been awarded numerous times as one of the best in the world.
