Hot stuff coming through! EPISOD, the Parisian leader in high-end sports studios, just celebrated the opening of its seventh ultra-central HUB, just a stone's throw from the Palais Royal gardens. This new space features three brand-new studios, including a game-changer that had us sweating bullets: the HEAT studio. As the name suggests, this studio offers ultra hot sessions at 35°C, a Bikram yoga experience on steroids tailored for fitness enthusiasts. We tried it, we puffed, we sweated... The new sports temple in central Paris
EPISOD is setting up shop in the Louvre-Rivoli area, and as usual, the place welcomes us with a 5-star reception. On the agenda: fully equipped locker rooms with secure lockers, spacious showers, towels, and a complete skincare routine from the eco-friendly and made in France cosmetics brand Refyld. A new EPISOD feature is also making its debut: the stron.

On the sports side (because we're here for that, right?), EPISOD has called on the best trainers in Paris and has set up top-of-the-line equipment to give us sessions worthy of high-level coaching. This new HUB offers three ultra-complementary sports practices featuring a cycling studio, a Pilates Reformer studio, and the new addition we're excited about today, the HEAT studio.
A fitness session at 35°C
Sensitive souls who are (too) delicate to heat, please stay away. Because as soon as we step into this studio, a fiery blaze takes over our bodies, and it’s only going to get hotter! Okay, we might be exaggerating a bit about the fiery blaze, but in the middle of winter, a room heated to 35°C feels quite funny. And let me tell you, even if the training is tough, once the session is over, you feel revitalized (and a bit worn out).
