The Calmest

The Floating Bubbles

In this isolated place free from any noise and visual pollution, you enter with one goal: to leave feeling relaxed. Welcome to The Floating Bubbles, a center of sensory isolation through flotation. A place where time stands still, where calmness, well-being, and serenity reign. A moment of tranquility that takes us away from the frantic pace of the city. In huge bubbles filled with Epsom salt-saturated water, we let ourselves float (similar to the Dead Sea) for an hour and give our brains a break, without any stimulation or information to analyze. The ultimate experience.

Spa Cinq Mondes

We put an end to all activities and head for the depths of chill and relaxation at Spa Cinq Mondes. Nestled in a pedestrian square near the Opera, the 500 sqm spa offers a multitude of treatments ranging from simple exfoliation to detox treatments, as well as royal rituals composed of Japanese baths filled with aromas and flowers and relaxing massages. Also worth trying: the ghassoul wrap to purify your body and soul and emerge feeling completely rejuvenated.

The most unusual

A nap bar

You are exhausted and that little nap on the subway didn't refresh you, right? It's normal. What you need is a slightly more comfortable and pleasant place. Head to a nap bar to relax between appointments and spend half an hour in a massage chair, lulled by gentle music that leaves no room for disturbance. It's a way to relieve your muscle tension for a short but intense moment of relaxation.

And as a bonus, know that the place also offers a multitude of other massages and experiences for maximum relaxation!

The most exotic

The Garden of the Auteuil Greenhouses

Constructed under Louis XV in 1761, these immense greenhouses are located in the Bois de Boulogne, and let me tell you straight away: it's the place where nobody will come looking for you. Composed of 5 main greenhouses, with the largest one even having a water feature where you can sit peacefully with your sketchbook or a good book, you can spend the afternoon there without anything disturbing you.
