New York's Mini Croissants
An enthusiastic TikTok user took a video of herself enjoying a very special breakfast in New York, costing $50. Can you believe it? Instead of the usual cornflakes, she opted for a bag of buttery mini croissants made by a French bakery called l'appartement 4F based out of a couple's kitchen in Brooklyn. Created by Gautier, a French engineer who has been living in NYC since 2012, this establishment offers all kinds of French treats like ham and cheese croissant, almond chocolate bread, traditional baguette, and even a country bread with the sweet name of Bâtard. But the product that went viral on TikTok is none other than their croissant-shaped cereals. "
Each mini croissant is kneaded and rolled. At the hand before being dipped in syrup, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, and dehydrated, you can read on their website. A great success Posted on Tik Tok last August, the video of these mini cereal croissants has already gathered over 2 million views. "It's a ten out of ten. The cereals stay crispy and it's a super cute breakfast," concludes Chew York City in his video. It's safe to say that the product has pleased many, as Gautier and his partner have raised enough money to open their own bakery in Brooklyn called "Apartment 4F". A true French success, just like their cereals! So, are you for or against mini cereal croissants?
