Nestled in a narrow street of our favorite neighborhood (the 9th, of course!), you'll find our new favorite, a cabinet of curiosities that is filled with nothing but treasures.

There are few shops whose opening brings a smile. Yet Neij is one of the exceptions. This little cabinet of curiosities is a true neighborhood gem, with numerous and assured heartthrobs among the objects to discover.

Here, Scandinavian-style home accessories blend with retro objects. Globes, magnifying glasses, paperweights, jewelry boxes, dried flowers, vintage radios transformed into Bluetooth speakers... All in a decor that breathes, that lives, between Art Deco wallpaper and second-hand furniture that you would happily bring back home.

Behind Neij, Diane and Jérôme are hidden, business partners as well as partners in life. Passionate about interior decoration since forever, the idea of opening a shop had been trotting in their minds for several years. Last June, they finally took the plunge!

Yesterday, without thinking twice, they jumped right in, found a space in September, completed the renovations in November, and opened Neij in December. And if 2018 was a year of change, 2019 will be the year of consecration. Because this shop has everything you could want. French and European brands come together at unbeatable prices. Tableware, lamps, jewelry, terrariums, exquisite postcards, notebooks, posters, wicker baskets, blankets, and cushions... Not to mention the numerous products for adopting better daily habits: organic soaps, wooden toothbrushes, candle-powered raclettes, bamboo straws, and recycled bottle glassware. Diane and Jérôme even launched their own brand of beeswax candles in Paris a few months ago: Anthophile. "More and more beehives are being installed on the roofs of Paris; the bees feel at home there and produce excellent honey!
