While most European countries remain semi-confined, some are gradually coming out of the water. Indeed, thanks to the decrease in cases or for economic reasons, a few countries have decided to return to the pre-pandemic life. A great opportunity to enjoy a little dose of normality away from Paris!

Iceland

As soon as we landed in Reykjavik, our hearts raced, our lungs breathed the pure and fresh air of the land of ice, and our eyes didn't know where to look anymore! Plains and volcanic formations, glaciers, snow-capped mountains, white sandy beaches or pebbles, waterfalls, blue lagoons, natural hot springs, flocks of sheep and horses galloping on the horizon. A country to empty your mind...

Italy

For all those who dream of going back to restaurants, having drinks at the bar or strollingstill see a beautiful exhibition, Italy opens its arms to us! The situation is very different in different regions, some of which impose their closure at 6pm, but we can still appreciate a sweetness of life that will undoubtedly warm our little hearts.

Poland

The easing of restrictions, in effect until February 26 in Poland, allows hotels, museums, cinemas, theaters, and swimming pools to reopen at half capacity. But the real advantage of Poland this season undoubtedly lies in the reopening of... its ski slopes. Happy sliding, my dear friends!

Switzerland

Although its ski slopes are also open, Switzerland imposes a mandatory 10-day quarantine for people coming from high-risk areas, and unfortunately, many French regions, including the Île-de-France region, are included. But if you have time, don't hesitate! The mountains, they're calling us.

The Netherlands

In the Netherlands, a court has just ordered the lifting of the curfew for "serious violation of the right to freedom of movement and privacy". Although non-essential shops have been able to reopen, restaurants (except for takeaways) and museums remain closed for now. A destination to smoke a little joint after 6pm in peace.

Denmark and Sweden

These two countries are considering introducing a "Coronapass" in a few months, which will allow their population to confirm their immune status and, thus, be able to travel, dine at restaurants, attend a football match, a concert, or visit museums. A solution that could be adopted by several countries and allow us to regain our lives.
