It’s one of those Parisian addresses that you can’t help but rave about to anyone who will listen, once you discover it. Undeniably, L’Écritoire is a part of that list. Tucked away in Passage Molière, this stationery shop masters both the art of writing and the words, just like the famous writer who lent his name to the street. Cards, notebooks, pens, quills, pen holders, inks, seals… Here, the wooden shelves hold everything you need to write the most beautiful stories.

A Family Legacy
And indeed, the most beautiful of all is the creation of this unique place. Since then, 50 years have passed and L’Écritoire continues to play an essential role in the lives of Parisians and visiting guests. “It’s especially a place for meeting...
```Intriguing. "That’s always been my driving force: I stay here and the whole world comes to visit me," she shares. A gift, an intention… Valentine remains optimistic and confident about the future of this institution: "There's a resurgence of the taste for writing, taking the time to do things, pausing, reflecting, creating… People love to rummage, to look for a card that will please someone they love."
