We all know that the holiday season can be a source of stress for many of us. Managing gifts, facing family, preparing meals… To help you approach this season as calmly as possible, we’ve found the perfect spot to relax both your body and mind. For that, head to the heart of Paris, to Les Bulles à Flotter.

A floating break away from the Parisian hustle and bustle

Here, the concept is as simple as it gets. Far from the frantic pace of the city, dive for an hour into a giant floating pod filled with Epsom salt-saturated water. Just like in the Dead Sea, you’ll be immersed in darkness, with no sensory distractions, to focus on one thing only: your well-being. And if, in the first few minutes, the sensation surprises you, very quickly, your body will relax, your heart will slow down, plunging you into an almost meditative state.

After a quick shower, we enjoy 5 minutes of relaxing music to get in the right mood, before we let ourselves be carried away (literally) by the flow of water for 60 minutes. To wrap things up, we gently return to reality thanks to the music coming back. Once we're outside, we take advantage of the beauty space to dry our hair, pamper ourselves, before savoring a herbal tea and diving back into the whirlwind of life.

A ritual that makes you want to dive back in

Whether you’re a hardworking professional feeling a bit rushed, a high-level athlete looking to relax those muscles, a fan of various relaxation techniques, or just a Parisian seeking new experiences and a moment for yourself, everyone is welcome. From your very first session, you’ll start to feel the wonders of floating, and you’ll only have one thought on your mind: to dive back in again.
