First of all, the must-try falafels in Paris:
L'As du Falafel: the star
It lives up to its name, it's the number one, the most famous, the star of Rue des Rosiers, THE falafel street in Paris. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients. It's a family business with a great atmosphere. The only downside? The line to order and/or find a seat can sometimes be long, so plan ahead and don't arrive too hungry, or have a second option in mind just in case.

Chez Marianne: the most beautiful
It is the most beautiful restaurant on Rue des Rosiers, with its checkered floor tiles and red walls, its facade covered in ivy. This restaurant is perfect for taking a break during your Sunday stroll, sitting in one of the charming small rooms or outside on the terrace to enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere. The staff is lovely, the meatballs are out of this world, and the falafels are excellent. When you order to go, you can add the chili pepper yourself, and the sandwich is made right in front of your eyes. One of the best falafels in Paris.

Miznon: the most modern
Even if you go to Miznon mainly to indulge in a delicious roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce, don't overlook their sandwiches, which are out of this world. The simple lamb ones are absolutely delicious, and a special mention to the Erotisserie sandwich, with eggplant aioli, spicy, za'atar, and spring onions (it's the vegan option by the way). The cuisine is modern yet authentic.

SoumSoum : le plus israëlien
Soumsoum, or "sesame" in Hebrew, is the Israeli gem of Le Marais that has charmed us. Vegetarian friends, this is an address that will please you: 90% of the delicious and healthy menu is vegetarian. Nathan and his brother-in-law Remy reinvent their family's Israeli recipes. Located near Rue des Rosiers, this restaurant has chosen its neighborhood well, where the best falafels in Paris can be found...

Salōn Marais : the most Mediterranean
This restaurant is the story of two friends. One is Armenian, the other is Mediterranean Jewish, and they decided together to create their own restaurant. With high-quality hummus and fresh ingredients carefully selected, Salōn Marais is a great place to eat quickly. Their rich and flavorful falafel pita is, without hesitation, one of our favorites when it comes to falafels in Paris.

In its adorable canteen, Lookman, the head of the place, prepares delicious dishes that make our taste buds dance with organic ingredients. The secret to a good falafel is the love for the product, isn't it? So step into Green Panier, and you'll be assured. Everything is beautiful, everything is good, everything is fresh, and we must confess that since we found it, this gem is hard to let go.

Levantine: the coziest
The place is cozy and super enjoyable, offering a colorful and friendly atmosphere. The generous and delicious dishes can be eaten without hunger in a warm ambiance. The falafels are absolutely excellent, with a special mention to the halloumi burger, which is just incredibly indulgent. The restaurant may not be very old, but it gives off that impression, serving one of the best falafels in Paris.

Topoly : the most Lebanese
This tiny restaurant near Saint Michel doesn't look like much, and that's exactly what makes it charming: a small room, a great welcome, and a beautiful plate. The food is fresh, healthy, and above all, quick. It's the perfect place for a quick bite, they obviously have vegan dishes, and the unleavened bread is baked right before our eyes (never bigger than one's belly). A falafel in Paris that must be tried.
