Back to school season is over, autumn is coming in full swing, bringing along that urge to get back in shape after the (too many) indulgences of summer. While some are all about team fitness, cardio sports, or even group classes, others prefer to focus on the gentler disciplines like Pilates or yoga. But here's the fun part: practicing in a unique place makes it a lot more exciting. Good news! Starting this autumn, yoga classes are back in Parisian museums. We’ll let you know where and when!
Yoga sessions starting autumn 2025
There's nothing quite like taking a moment for yourself, where you can reconnect with your body and mind. But it's even better when you can do it surrounded by famous works of art.

Starting from October 16, 2025, the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris invites you to join a yoga class followed by guided meditation sessions. Over at the Cité de l’Architecture, classes kick off on Saturday, October 11, 2025, running all the way to Saturday, June 6, 2026. At the Musée National Jean-Jacques Henner, yoga classes will...nyasa started on September 13 and will continue until Saturday, December 20, 2025.

The Orsay Museum is also part of this yoga event. However, the classes are reserved for families. So, you can come as adults, or with children aged 6 to 12, from October 12, 2025, to February 15, 2026.
Of course, the Louvre Museum will offer sessions, but only starting next year. Yoga teacher and historian, Charlotte Wilkins, invites you on Friday evenings from January 16 to March 13, 2026. So, which museum will you enjoy a moment of art and relaxation ?
