A symbol of a certain Parisian art of living, Molitor has never stopped reinventing itself. Inaugurated in 1929 by Johnny Weissmuller, the most famous pool in Paris is now being reborn in a new form: that of a vegetal cocoon where nature and gastronomy meet. Inspired by the nearby Auteuil greenhouses, the Jardin d’Hiver unfolds its 90 seats facing the mythical turquoise pool, bathed in natural light.

A Green Haven by the Pool
In this setting worthy of a botanical greenhouse, featuring elegant garden furniture, a wrought iron gazebo, and toile de Jouy curtains adorned with pastoral scenes, guests are treated to a timeless escape. The gentle sound of water, lush vegetation, and soft colors create an almost meditative scene. As autumn sets in, this bright refuge invites you to linger on summer, whether for a sunlit lunch or a dinner bathed in the shimmering blue reflections of the pool.

A modern table where nature shines
At the helm of the kitchen, chef Tony Goncalves celebrates the richness of vegetables while drawing inspiration from the land and the sea. His responsible cuisine highlights the raw ingredients: a beef tartare and tagliatelle sit alongside a spelt risotto with figs and apricots or a cod with seaweed and spinach. Each plate tells a story of a sensory journey, subtle and balanced.
The sweet touch comes from pastry chef Camilla D’Ambrosio, who dreams up desserts that are as comforting as they are elegant: thin fig tart, warm apple pie, or chocolate creations that change with the seasons. At the center of the restaurant, the panoramic bar breathes energy into the space. Around the sculptural counter, mixologists craft cocktails inspired by local flora: floral infusions.
Fresh herbs, citrus, and rare spices come together for an unprecedented olfactory and taste experience.See this post on Instagram
