Concerts, workshops, VR: La Seine Musicale opens its doors for free on Sunday!

Things are definitely happening on Sunday, September 21st. Officially transitioning into autumn, the European Heritage Days, the return of the Coffee Race, and now, on top of all that, the open days at La Seine Musicale are adding to a already packed schedule. To our delight, the Boulogne concert hall invites us behind the scenes for a series of free events and activities not to be missed.

All day long, from 10 AM to 6 PM, you can enjoy a fantastic line-up of events, of course, with a focus on music. To kick things off, you'll have access to a whole series of

But this day will also be a chance to discover behind the scenes, and especially the upcoming season, by participating in exclusive events. Masterclass with the cast of La Haine, which returns in November. A sneak peek of the next show by Benjamin Millepied, The Nutcracker, or even a rehearsal of the Symphony No. 5 by Beethoven by Insula Orchestra.

All senses in motion

To extend the experience and let the music resonate through your bodies, La Seine Musicale also invites you to test audiovisual experiences and immersive virtual reality experiences!

acute;dites. "Plant Being", at the heart of the SeineLab studio, explores the connections between humans and the plant world. In the midst of the Venice Biennale, you'll also have the chance to join a huge dance party. Finally, for a few minutes, you can become a member of the Insula Orchestra thanks to VR.

Finally, throughout the day, there will be a variety of workshops: guided tours of the inside of the building and the performance halls, stands for making seed balls for birds and learning about bee life, musical improvisation classes, and workshops diving into the behind-the-scenes of music and cinema that will delight both young and old.
