Aaaah the beach, the fine sand, the blue sky... We dream of it, right? If we tell you that this postcard is possible, without taking an overnight sleeper train, you're going to say "but no, are you serious?". Well yeah, we're serious. Here's where you can soak up the sun not (too) far from Paris. Get out your badminton rackets, the latest Levy book, and your 1998 World Cup towel, you're ready for a well-deserved beach session!

 The Musical

We know this beach well as it welcomes partygoers every year for the Marvellous Festival. It's big, it's beautiful, it's sandy, and it's only 20 minutes from Paris. What more could you ask for?

The History

What could be better than a sunbath to recharge your batteries with your feet in the water during a summer break or a well-deserved weekend? Going to the beach without really leaving the capital, who would have thought? After a makeover and reopening last summer, it welcomes city dwellers in need of space and sun for a weekend. We love it.

The bucolic

I love Honfleur but that's not the point. A little less glamorous than the beaches of Deauville, Honfleur's beaches are truly pleasant, calm, and picturesque. In addition to enjoying the sea and the sun, you can also catch some mussels for dinner if you know where to look... Great idea!

The bling-bling

Let's not lie, most of us have already been to Deauville/Trouville for the weekend. It's not far from Paris (2-hour drive) and it's not too different, even though there are beaches and the sea. It's like Paris by the sea... You can even play at the casino. Royal.

The flying

Cabourg, my love... 3 hours by train, almost the same by car, that's what we call an easy getaway. Cabourg is a coastal gem with its beautiful beach and charming promenade. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Don't forget to try some delicious seafood too!

Near our beloved City of Lights, there is a beach devoid of beaches. Remember to bring your most beautiful kite for a perfect photo of your perfect weekend in this perfect city.
