The return of sunny days also brings back Poisson Lune, the must-visit summer terrace in the 12th arrondissement. Since May 15th, the esplanade of the Palais de la Porte Dorée has transformed into a giant open-air spot, brought to life by the team from Petite Lune, who are also behind La Javelle and Le Bal de la Marine. For this new edition, the terrace is stepping it up a notch: committed, festive, and multicultural, it reflects all the vibrant energy that a Parisian summer can offer.

Beloved Suburbs, the must-see expo right now
Poisson Lune isn’t just a place to grab a drink; it’s a space for meeting and discovering new things. For this edition, the venue is echoing the exhibition Beloved Suburbs by offering meetings, film screenings, and participatory workshops focused on urban cultures and marginalized spaces. Partner organizations will lead lively discussions on the city, inclusion, and popular artistic practices. You can also look forward to documentary film screenings, outdoor conferences, temporary exhibitions, or even join a yoga session or contemporary dance at sunrise.

Concerts, parties, and delicious dishes
On the music front, it’s going to be super eclectic with the presence of the Not Only Hip-Hop collective, featuring DJ sets, live performances, and open mics that shine a light on emerging scenes and urban music. Other highlights include the Caribbean soul of Tamaradah (July 5), the Bal des Musiciens du Métro (July 13), a festive Caribbean week from July 17 to 20 (DJ, gwoka, salsa, Creole cuisine…), a jazz-rap concert by LADOGZ (July 26), and the wildly energetic electro-punk live performance from BLONDIN for the back-to-school season (August 30). All of this is served up on a platter of international street food: Creole dishes, Asian baos, veggie burgers, or Lebanese sweets to enjoy between dance moves.
