To lounge on a large expanse of sand that reminds you of your favorite Mediterranean beach, towel on the ground and sunglasses on your nose, you no longer need to go on a weekend trip to the sea: the 16th edition of Houilles plage opens tomorrow and will be enough to beautifully kick off the holidays. Numerous activities and animations will be deployed on four municipal sites, where every generation can find happiness and enjoy a hot summer day outdoors.

On the beautiful beach of Ovill, seashells and crustaceans
Bring your best book, don't forget the sunscreen, and go sunbathe on the beautiful sandy beaches at Charles-de-Gaulle Park. If you are accompanied by children, two areas are available, one 70 m2 for the little ones, the second 700 m2 for the rest, big kids, adults and seniors, where tranquility reigns.
Nearby, there is a municipal swimming pool as well as a variety of activities for all ages that are open to the public: inflatable structures, climbing wall, trampolines, foosball, creative activities, group games, pedal go-karting... Plus, there are different initiation workshops and board games. More into sports, party, or both?
For the more sporty among you, targeted meetings on olympic disciplines will take place every week, for 5 days starting on Monday, in chronological order: combat sports, football, traditional games, racket sports, rugby, and swimming pool. Note thatA "zip line," a "Ninja course," and "mountain bike modules" are also installed at Victorien-Chausse Park as well as at Charles-de-Gaulle Park: as you may have guessed, boredom is never invited to Houilles.
Because we love to rhyme summer days with "dance, music," and "sharing," the city's animators, alongside the animators from Houilles Beach, will host a "night" once a week. They will begin on July 13th with fireworks and a popular ball (Houilles Beach will be closed that day). In July, don't miss the "Oriental night" on the 22nd and then the "intergenerational night" on the 29th.
