For three decades now, the Salon du Chocolat has become the must-visit event for chocolate lovers and those curious about it from all over the world. Each year, pastry chefs, candy makers, cocoa producers, and chocolatiers from many countries (France, Belgium, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Portugal...) gather at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles to share their expertise and creations.

To celebrate its 30th anniversary, the Salon is refreshing itself with nearly 250 exhibitors, including over 100 newcomers, young talents, and professionals to enrich the visitors' experience. At the heart of this exceptional edition, Jean-Paul Hévin, a distinguished master chocolatier, will be the guest of honor and will share his expert insight into this fascinating chocolate world.

The famous chocolate gown parade is still on the agenda!

Meanwhile, the famous Pastry Show will bring together about fifty renowned pastry chefs, including Nina Métayer, Eddie Benghanem, Aurélien Cohen, and Mercotte, who will provide live demonstrations, revealing techniques and tips to elevate desserts.

Another highly anticipated highlight: the mythical chocolate gown parade, which has become a true institution, will transform this year into an unprecedented musical show. In collaboration with AICOM, the French school of musical theater, classics like The Greatest Showman, Mamma Mia, and Starmania will be revisited in a spectacular staging where chocolate becomes the star.

Visitors will also be able to admire an original exhibition of sculptures.

Gourmet workshops, tastings, and activities for everyone

But if you're worried about it being too flashy, don't worry: the Salon du Chocolat is not just a place for discoveries; it’s also a true space for learning and sharing. This year, two exciting new features are highlighted: pastry decoration workshops to master the art of finishing, and a chocolate bar that invites you to taste and explore different origins and blends.

Throughout the event, masterclasses and conferences led by renowned chefs will immerse you in the secrets of ganaches, pralines, and pastries. The Cake Time will feature a rotating program with chefs like Nicolas Guercio and Claire Santos Lopes taking turns to surprise and delight even the most discerning taste buds.

For families and little foodies, the Santa Claus House will be pure magic. Advent calendars, creations, and Christmas logs for 2025 will be displayed in this enchanting setting, perfect for getting into the festive spirit while enjoying chocolatey treats.
