In memory of all those blurry or less blurry evenings, of those glasses shared with friends, of the frantic dance steps on the unforgettable carpet, of the reunions in front of the DJ booth in the basement, of the cocktails that ruin us but it doesn't matter because we're having a good time, and of the red neons so dear to our hearts that marked the entrance of one of the once most stylish clubs in the capital... The Montana rooftop is back, ladies and gentlemen. Cocktail bar, restaurant and rooftop After a few months of closure for renovations, the high-perched rooftop with a superb view of Saint-Germain-des-Prés and its church reopens its doors and reinvents itself with an Art Deco spirit. An opportunity to indulge in the well-thought-out food & drink menu of the restaurant located a few floors below, signed by chef Francesco Conforti. And for those who don't want to stop there, the ground floor has remained true to its former purpose: a cocktail bar where you can freely raise your glass and toast.Coming from the good old days, let's not overdo it. At the controls of the place, we find Laure Marsac and Romain Taieb (Doki Doki), with a Mediterranean slate featuring clams, courgette flower fritters, line-caught sea bass and confit fennel... If the prices imply a special occasion, there is no doubt that anyone who climbs the steps of Montana's new rooftop will feel a strong scent of nostalgia and the pleasure of reliving a bygone era.
