Why not combine the two for maximum benefits? That's the project of the Castalia aquatic center in Maurepas (Yvelines), as reported by Le Parisien. The trendy "pet yoga" Born in the United States, the practice of yoga accompanied by animals has captivated our English, Australian, and Canadian friends before making its way to France. The practice is simple: a yoga session accompanied by a bunch of super cute kittens... That's all you need. At the Castalia aquatics center, "cat yoga" sessions welcome beginners and experienced yogis.Read for a challenge with experienced teachers, and at the same time, have fun cuddling cute little balls of fur.


Kittens available for adoption

In addition to practicing sports and being around cute animals, this yoga class highlights the association Sauvetage et chats en détresse (ASCD), which takes in nearly 2,500 cats and kittens per year. At the end of the session, you can register for the adoption of one of the kittens you cuddled on your mats. The following week, you receive a commitment certificate to sign, and you can bring the new addition to your family home.
