Le Hangar Y partners with Le Perchoir and star chef Guillaume Sanchez to bring to life Perchoir Y, the new modern brasserie in Meudon, nestled on the water, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris.

Stop everything, we have found the must-visit spot to enjoy the upcoming sunny days! The historic Hangar Y, a cultural venue bringing together art, science and technology, history and nature, invites Le Perchoir for a creative and culinary adventure on the hills of Meudon. Le Perchoir Y is a new lakeside restaurant-terrace waiting for you since Thursday, April 20th.


The sea on your plate

After conquering our hearts last year with its immense open-air guinguette, Le Perchoir Y is returning to Chala Park.

is-Meudon with a restaurant. Fruit of the collaboration between Urban-Act, Le Perchoir and interior designer Fanny Perrier, this modern brasserie promises a bucolic and poetic waterfront setting. Here, the Michelin-starred chef Guillaume Sanchez — already at the helm of the Neso restaurant — delights us with his creative seafood cuisine.  

On the menu, lots of fish (rainbow trout with almonds, sole meunière, lobster à l'américaine...), seafood (whelks with mayonnaise, cockles with seawater and vinegar, mussels with sake and sage) but also various seafood platters to share depending on the catch. A « cuisine that is fair, sincere and honest, where technique serves the product », for a responsible and thoughtful offer.

And as for its festive guinguette, don't worry, it is coming back in June for our utmost pleasure with a huge terrace facing the lake, a barbecue area, a bar, and good music.
