Let's dive in! Paris Plages, the iconic summer event in Paris for over 20 years. It's a chance for everyone to enjoy free cultural and sports activities by the water from July 6th to September 8th. And the best part? A new spot is ready to keep us cool all summer long. This year, Paris Plages is expanding to the canal Saint-Martin in the 10th district. The beloved canal will be called the "Parisian Croisette" all summer, offering a new spot to relax and have fun. Opening on July 6th, with a bathing area near Square Jacques Villemin, relaxation spaces on both banks, and plenty of free activities. 🌞🏖️🤗 #SummerVibes #FunInTheSun.

The essentials are coming back... but delayed

The traditional spots of Paris Plages, the Rives de Seine and the Bassin de La Villette, will of course be back this summer. However, their opening will be unusually delayed due to the Olympics. So no sunbathing on the banks or at La Villette on July 6th for us, but instead on July 27th, the day after the opening ceremony. Let the Olympic Games begin! After that, get ready for a summer program worthy of its name! 😊🌟 . .

On the banks of the Seine, we will find loungers and umbrellas, as always, with a space to relax with our feet in the sand, as well as other more active activities. Over at the Bassin de la Villette, there will be a small focus on sports and swimming (of course), with activities like canoeing, kayak-polo, stand up paddle, pedal boats, pedal bikes, canoes... And let's not forget about foosball, petanque, or even tai chi. The swimming pool will also be open for everyone!

free every day from 11am.Let's have fun! 🌞🏖️🌊
