For over 20 years now, Paris Plages has been delighting Parisians in search of a bit of freshness. And for this year 2024, of course, this unmissable event puts sports in the spotlight! Many free sports and cultural activities await you throughout the summer, in a unique atmosphere. One thing is for sure, the beautiful days in Paris will be sporty and festive! A brand new area This 23rd edition, unlike any other, is preparing to celebrate the Olympics in style, by offering you the chance to discover a brand new exclusive spot. In addition to the traditional Bassin de la Villette and Parc des Rives de Seine, it is indeed a portion of the Canal Saint-Martin that opens its doors to you, to fully enjoy the summer by the water. An oasis of freshness between the Gare de l'Est and Place de la République, where the quays are transformed to offer you a pleasant.An island of tranquility in the heart of the city. And this latest addition to the Paris Plages family is even more enjoyable as the Rives de Seine area, located along the route of the JOP opening ceremony, will not be able to open its doors until the month of August.

Plenty of Activities

And since this proliferation of areas is not just for decoration, each of these spots naturally has its own identity, with a range of activities and events to ensure a magical summer for you. Every day from 10am to 10pm, midnight on Fridays and Saturdays

Canal Saint-Martin:
From July 6 to September 1
Every day from 10am to 6:30pm, with activities ending by 8:30pm at the latest

Parc Rives de Seine:
From August 6 to September 8
Every day from 10am to 6:30pm
