We don't know about you, but we personally love staying in the capital in August. Mainly because there are hardly any people around, and also because activities are popping up everywhere, much to our delight. Outdoor libraries, new ice creams with unusual flavors, and even for the sports enthusiasts among you, top-notch outdoor equipment available for free!
The capital goes sporty
Last summer, the whole world had its eyes fixed on Paris for the event of the year: the Olympic and Paralympic Games. For 3 months, sport took over the capital, and it seems that the concept was a hit. A year later, the experience continues in the 15th district, thanks to the Finnish company Omnigym, which...I installed 6 cutting-edge machines in mid-July to make sports accessible to everyone.

It’s the first time that the Nordic company has set foot in the capital, with a simple goal: to encourage the people of Paris to get active, by bringing sports back to the center of public space. Since July 16th, it has been inviting all passersby in André Citroën Park.uml;n to join the fun by training outdoors just like in the gym. A unique space where styles and generations come together, with no financial constraints.
Equipment accessible to everyone
On-site, anyone who wants can enjoy one of the machines: squat, bench press, low row, multilift, front press, and lat pull down. Just like in traditional gyms, each comes with a quick guide so even beginners can join in. The equipment, designed to withstand all climates, features a biomechanism optimized to adapt to all profiles . Indeed, the weights are adjustable from 5 to 120 kg, and each machine targets different musculaires, to provide the most complete training possible.
