In a building adorned with tags located along the tracks of the Petite Ceinture, Maison Faitout invites Parisians to unwind and fill their bellies in a space that boasts a serene atmosphere. Officially opening in autumn 2024, this third place backed by the Aurore association is celebrating its very first spring. And it’s just the beginning, as the association has secured a substantial lease lasting until 2037.
The idea behind the project? To focus on sustainable and solidarity-based food in Paris, supporting and showcasing wonderful local and associative initiatives.

On the ground floor of this country house with street art accents, you'll find the famous center for certified training for kitchen assistants, managed by the Aurore association. Anyone looking for a job can register for a 10-month program and get trained in the restaurant industry.
