Back to school means new discoveries ! The latest one : Underline, an events and culture space that's about to open its doors beneath the Vaugirard vaults, in the 15th arrondissement. With exhibitions, artist residencies, and even a café space, this venue could very well become our next Left Bank hangout. Its mantra : « Not a gallery. Not a café. Not a studio. All three at once. » Opening date ? Friday, September 18, 2026 !

A space of freedom and creativity

It's a true creative manufactory that's about to welcome you. Located beneath the eleven vaults of Vaugirard, this singular place aims to be a cultural destination in its own right, where arts and artists can engage in dialogue. It's described as a space where art is freely discovered, through contact with the works and those who create them. The goal: to bring you in for an exhibition or a meeting, and to make you want to stay for a coffee, a meal, or a drink.

A place for living and meeting

To inaugurate this new venue, it's the exhibition The 4 Elements that will be presented. This latter intertwines various artistic disciplines such as painting, embroidery, sculpture, stained glass, drawing, photography, and video. Different artists work around the four elements to create four distinct atmospheres. Designed as a living exhibition, the artists can work on site and connect with the public.

Open until 10pm from Wednesday to Saturday, and until 7pm on Sunday, you can also enjoy a drink to end your day on a high note.
