The Editor

From July 3 to 5, 2026, the Air and Space Museum is going night mode and turning its tarmac into an outdoor cinema under the stars. It’s an unmissable event in the capital once summer arrives! To grab your ticket, it’s all happening starting June 3rd!

A Boeing as a Screen

Here, there’s no classic white canvas fluttering in the wind. We settle into a deck chair right on the runway to watch a movie projected on the hull of a real Boeing 747.

For this edition, the lineup has been designed to perfectly match the scenery. On Friday, July 3, 2026, the Ciné Tarmac will kick off once night falls with the screening of Fly Me To the Moonthe retro comedy starring Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum, right in the middle of the 1960s space race. The next day, Saturday, July 4,...g>, heading to the moon with First Man : The first man on the Moon, the space odyssey by Damien Chazelle starring Ryan Gosling. And to wrap up this edition, on Sunday, July 5, we will have Aviator, the masterpiece by Martin Scorsese featuring Leonardo DiCaprio that will be aired.

Immediate Takeoff

The warm-up starts right at the beginning of the evening. From 7:30 PM, the museum opens its doors to let you stroll through the exhibition hall and board several legendary planes before the show begins.

For those who dread the trip to Bourget, no excuses: a dedicated shuttle is set up from Gare du Nord to take you directly to the museum. As night falls, around 10:30 PM, everyone grabs their popcorn and settles into loungers for the start of the movie. You can also bring your own chairs and cushions

So, are you ready for takeoff?
