Here we go, we made it! Just like every year, budding witches and wizards are getting ready to board the Hogwarts Express on September 1st at 11 o’clock sharp, to learn Herbology, the art of Potions, and the science of Transfiguration. It's the perfect chance for fans from all around the world to gather and celebrate their love for the bespectacled wizard, and in Paris, to test their knowledge...

After a sporty stop in Lyon last year, the “Return to Hogwarts” is back in the City of Light, making it the undeniable French capital of Harry Potter. And to celebrate this must-see event, much to the chagrin of non-magical folks, join us at the Sainte-Geneviève Library this Saturday, August 30th, for a day that’s simply magical. On the agenda: quizzes, dictations, and partner stands to delight you.


Ready to take your O.W.L.s?

It’s here, it’s (almost) back-to-school time, and it’s time to dive back into your books — or into your computer, your choice. Luckily, before we get into serious stuff, we’re offering you a smooth transition with the “Return to Hogwarts”. The ocHere’s a chance to dive into a studious atmosphere and show that you know the saga inside out… like the back of your hand.

In the heart of one of the most beautiful libraries in Paris, in one of the most charming neighborhoods of the capital, join one of the 7 quiz sessions (including 3 specially designed for families) to show the whole world what you’ve got!at least as much knowledge as Dumbledore. Facing your exam, you'll need to tackle multiple-choice questions, audio excerpts, and even a dictation all about the world of Harry Potter and the event partners (Haribo and LEGO, not too shabby).


The Cup of the 4 Houses

Whether you're a Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, or Gryffindor (yes, we’ve ranked the houses according to our favorites), you’re welcome to this fantastic event . Even better, if you’re unfortunately not in Paris that day, don’t worry, this Grand Exam will also be available online, from Saturday, August 30 to Sunday, September 7.

No matter what happens, you can show off a little by responding without a second of hesitation with «Caput Draconis» when asked for the Gryffindor common room password when Harry first arrives at Hogwarts. Anyway, we can't wait, and this magical moment should really bring back the "Return to Hogwarts" in the hearts of fans after the huge disappointment of last year…
