Tick, tock… Here we are in October and you know what that means? Halloween, of course! Gradually, shops, parks and the capital's various cultural venues dress up in their scariest costumes to give Parisians nights filled with chills. Among them is the Curie Museum which, on October 31st, 2026, will need you to solve a bloody criminal case.

A journey through time at the heart of a criminal affair

Get ready to leap back in time, heading to 1928, October 23rd to be exact. Madame Curie is abroad, and at that very moment, a terrible crime takes place in the Curie laboratory: Denise Morel, a chemist and technician working in measurements, is murdered with a letter opener in the office of the famous scientist. The question remains: who committed this heinous act that shocks everyone? An enemy? Someone from the laboratory? Was she simply in the wrong place at the wrong time?
