Get ready, once again this year, the City Hall is going all out to dazzle us. From November 28th to December 31st, we're heading to the center of Paris to enjoy a plethora of surprises in the heart of a sparkling forest of Christmas trees on the forecourt of the magnificent building.

A condensed Christmas

This year, the City of Paris has gone all out to immerse us in the magic of Christmas. A meticulously arranged decor with dozens of sparkling Christmas trees. 4 small stands to indulge in hot chocolates and all kinds of Christmas treats. 6 craftsman chalets to complete your gift shopping. And even multiple meetings with Santa Claus.times a week (and we promise it's the real deal!). All of this under a shower of snowflakes, just to perfect the illusion.

With the holidays coming up, it's the ideal place to keep your children/nieces/nephews and other godchildren entertained, whom you love, of course, but keeping them busy all afternoon can be a good plan. Merry-go-round, giant sled track, and climbing wall, all totally free, you will definitely find something to make them happy, and that's cool. A great time to spend with family.

All of this will be, of course,  in the colors of the 2024 Olympics that the city is preparing to host. With less than 300 days until the start of the festivities, the facade of City Hall is adorned with immense panels and spectacular light effects tohighlighting this iconic international competition and its famous rings.

A Greener Christmas

The best part is that this magical event is part of an eco-friendly initiative, and that's truly magical. The many illuminated Christmas trees come from French nurseries that are sustainably managed, and all of them will be given aSecond life in the city's green spaces where their thorns will provide protection against the winter cold for other flowerbeds. In the same way, all products sold at the market are local, as each artisan is part of the "Made in Paris" label. And for those who are too chilly to wander outside, you can find them all inside the City Hall, in the Paris Rendez-vous shop. Phew!

Unfortunately for partygoers, insomniacs, or simply night owls who love enjoying the illuminated capital during the middle of the night at Christmas, it's impossible this year. The event lights will be turned off every evening at 11:45 pm for energy conservation reasons, and while it may be a little sad for you, it's ultimately excellent news for the planet.
