As a mini heatwave gradually settles in the capital, giving us a small preview of what awaits us for the rest of the summer, many of us dream of a place to cool off while enjoying the nice weather. And the good news is that we've found an incredible gem just a stone's throw away from Paris: the beach at l'Isle-Adam. For now, the place welcomes you on weekends and will be open every day from June 29th.

A true oasis

From the Gare du Nord, hop on the line H for a short hour-long trip towards l'Isle-Adam. You'll then discover a charming little town on the banks of the Oise river. And less than 10 minutes walk later, you'll find yourself in the promised land, in the heart of a green oasis of water and fun: the Beach.

A unique setting, which will please swimming enthusiasts, but also those for whom summer is synonymous with a nap in the shade or a game of petanque with friends.

Truly, no one is left behind at this site. The activities are diverse and cater to a wide range of preferences. Besides a real sandy beach by the Oise river, the place boasts two pools, numerous slides, two diving boards, and even a paddling pool for beginners.

A vast playground

For those who shy away from water, fear not, as there are plenty of land-based activities for you too! The beach is a haven for sports lovers with ping-pong tables, pétanque, beach volleyball, mini-golf, and beach soccer. Inflatable structures add to the fun, perfect for those who dream of floating for a while. Let's take a moment to appreciate this already impressive scene.

Come and enjoy a full day at this amazing place without breaking the bank - it's only €20 per person (much cheaper than an electric fan)! For a little extra, you can also take a boat or paddleboat ride, rent a parasol or sunbed, and even check out one of the incredibly renovated beach cabins. Life is pretty great, right?
