The event, titled « Tribune Concorde », is set to gather tennis fans in one spot. From June 4th to 9th, starting from the quarter-finals up to the finals of Roland Garros, the matches will be broadcast live from the place de la Concorde.

On site, 5,000 spectators - spread across more than 5,000m2 - will be able to cheer together to the rhythm of the hits and the cheers of this 124th edition. « It was a very important wish of ours to have a fan zone to offer Parisians, tourists, and everyone who wants to be part of the Roland Garros adventure, the chance to enjoy the tournament », writes former tennis player and Grand Slam director Amélie Mauresmo on the Roland Garros website.

The Golden Age of Fan Zones

This initiative is no coincidence: it comes after the undeniable success of dozens of fan zones that flourished last summer during the Club France, located under the Grande Halle de la Villette, welcomed 155,000 people, while the fan zone in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, which is quite far away, saw over 50,000 visitors throughout the duration of the Olympic Games.

The Roland Garros fan zone, launched in collaboration with the City of Paris, is expected to attract the same excitement. In addition to two giant screens, it will offer a food truck for tasty snacks, a bar to cool off, and a shop for Roland Garros merchandise where you can find a jersey featuring your favorite player. A DJ will also be there to get the crowd moving.

The champions invited to showcase their trophies

Another common point, and not the least: “Some champions from our various competitions will also come to showcase their trophies ," adds Amélie Mauresmo, just like fencer Enzo Lefort and Pauline Ferrand-Prévot, the gold medalist in mountain biking, who have graced the Club France stage as winners. It promises to be a wonderful collective experience, this time celebrating the regulars of the courts at Porte d’Auteuil.
