1. The domain of Chantilly and its 7,800 hectares of greenery

After a quick 20-minute trot from Chantilly Gouvieux train station, which you can reach by TER, you can enter the splendid domain of the Château de Chantilly, a true gem of French heritage that holds the preserved treasures of a 19th century prince, Henri d'Orléans. Your visit will include the Château de Chantilly itself, with its impressive art collections housed in the Condé Museum, its park, and a forest, the Chantilly forest. You'll also find various historical buildings, agricultural land, and even golf courses. It's like stepping back in time!

2. The artists' village of Auvers-sur-Oise

Bordering the forest and fields of wheat, this village has long inspired artists, especially the Impressionists. Stone cottages, walls covered in ivy, steep paths leading to the forests and along the banks of the Oise River... Escaping industrialization, Auvers-sur-Oise has remained practically unchanged since the 19th century, when Van Gogh, Cézanne, and Pissarro came here to find their inspiration.

3. The natural reserve of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines

Spread over 600 hectares, and surrounding a large body of water, you can indulge in windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, as well as horseback riding and golf. In the summer, we love the wave pool and its 3 hectares of green beach. Saint-Quentin not only has the largest body of water, but it is also the only leisure base with a national nature reserve, a protected area where 230 species of birds can be spotted throughout the year. All easily accessible with the Transilien N train line.

4. The Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse Valley

Accessible by RER B, the Chevreuse Valley is a must-see for a bucolic getaway in Île-de-France. With natural landscapes and charming villages, the park of the Chevreuse Valley offers beautiful trails, perfect for hiking enthusiasts. The town of Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse marks the entrance to the park. When spring arrives and the weather gets warmer, a tourist shuttle offers the opportunity to discover the classified sites: Museum of the Granges de Port-Royal, the castles of Breteuil, Dampierre, and the Abbey of Vaux-de-Cernay.

5. Meudon Forest and Hangar Y

Step into one of the largest forested areas in the Hauts-de-Seine department for a countryside stroll with a splash of water, thanks to three lovely ponds dotting the landscape. Here, you'll discover the Hangar Y, the world's very first airship hangar that has been transformed into a vibrant cultural center blending art, science, technology, history, and nature. Along with fascinating exhibitions and events, treat yourself to the culinary delights of Guillaume Sanchez at the restaurant, and starting in May, enjoy a charming pop-up guinguette nestled beneath the trees. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Parisian life, offering a stunning view of the Chalais basin as you sip on drinks, indulge in ice cream, and share some tapas with friends.

6. The Hôtel Les Étangs de Corot

Welcome to a real immersion in an impressionist painting. Welcome to the ponds of Ville d'Avray, a landscape beloved by the painter Jean-Baptiste Camille Corot. A place of discreet luxury, full of magic and poetry, where you can have lunch by the water and let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of life. A true country house to fully recharge, far from the Parisian hustle and bustle. As for the spa, Les Bains de Corot offer treatments from Maison KOS and PHYTOMER, as well as bubble sessions in hot tubs. Pure bliss.
