Summer is approaching, and there’s nothing like taking some time for yourself. And if there’s one practice that brings joy to both our body and mind, it’s Pilates. This gentle discipline blends yoga movements with muscle strengthening, and it’s really taking off. According to the consulting firm Conception Projet, Pilates is expected to see an annual growth of 10% between 2021 and 2028, the year when Pilates and yoga could represent a market worth 270 million euros in France. Whether you're a fan of this discipline or a complete beginner, you can try it for free in Paris on June 21 and 22.

A Free Introduction to Pilates Reformer
