Nothing can stop them anymore. Climbing District, our beloved climbing center in the capital, is opening its 5th and grandiose location, right in the heart of Bastille. And we must say, we will be crossing paths there more than once.

The opening of a new Climbing District gym always brings a lot of excitement. Once again, they have succeeded in creating something amazing, as this month, they have settled between Bastille and Gare de Lyon. Their new location offers everything you could want in a climbing gym: space, tranquility, quality, and those little extra services that set it apart from other climbing centers. This brand-new gym spans an impressive 1,600 square meters and is truly the new climbing temple of the East of Paris. It features over 100 linear meters of walls to climb, ranging from overhangs to vertical slabs, along with training areas for competitions. The premium space is airy and spacious, with wide walkways—you won't find yourself bumping into others here. It's also a vibrant social hub, with a bar and coffee shop where you can relax on super comfortable sofas and enjoy a refreshing drink. There's even a co-working space with high tables and a phone booth for video conferences. As you can see in the image below, Climbing District has created a gym that is both aesthetically pleasing and perfect for climbing enthusiasts. Many facilities are designed for improvement: a real and large Güllich wall, a training cage and above all: the first Kilter board in Paris, an interactive climbing wall that tilts up to 70 degrees! We also note: the sleek design and relaxed atmosphere with a carefully chosen soundtrack. A super open space offering large communal areas bathed in light, provided by an interior patio. The materials are of high quality, a climbing structure is stained black to bring out the wood grain and enhanced with a graphic line of raw wood. The nice extras that make a difference: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand repairing cream, all organic, as well as hairdryers and towels provided. We also note the possibility of charging your phone anywhere in the room. In the basement, a large room offers yoga, Pilates and muscle strengthening classes.(15 per week approximately), to work on flexibility and strength and it's included in the membership. Here, no need to worry: everything is included! The curious ones will finally be delighted by the modern decoration, a resolutely Bauhaus spirit with these raw concrete walls reaching a height of 7m, a real backdrop to showcase the numerous exhibitions that make the gym the new arty meeting place.
