Living the castle life, much to the chagrin of those who sing “The Kings of the World” in Romeo and Juliet, is quite nice. However — much to our dismay — it’s not a privilege everyone enjoys. Fortunately, for the past few days, and until August 2, the Château de Vincennes is giving us a little glimpse of what royal life can be, with a cultural program that’s simply amazing.
A Well-Filled Day
If you’re a fan of the eastern Paris, or if you’re simply looking for the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the capital for a little break, you don’t need to look far, just head to the château!woodland of Vincennes, and more specifically the eponymous castle. Every day, you’ll find sports areas open until 8 PM, offering basketball, pickleball, padel, table tennis, pétanque, mini-golf, climbing, and even a zip line. There’s also a water area, trampolines, and bikes for the little ones. And after showcasing the major matches of the World Cup, it’s now the Tour de France that takes the spotlight with special screenings.

Nights of Fun
And every evening, as night falls, the castle transforms into a vibrant party spot in eastern Paris. Each night, you can enjoy amazing outdoor concerts featuring artists like Keziah Jones (July 24), Synapson (July 28), Vernis Rouge (July 31), and a 100% 80s night on July 25, with special guests Zouk Machine, Léopold Nord & Vous, David & Jonathan, Pauline Ester, and Début de Soirée. Plus, some nights will be dedicated to movie screenings, with the next one happening on July 30 featuring Mission Impossible – Fallout. So, are you ready to experience royal evenings?
