« I wanna dance with somebody », it's not us who said it, but our dear Whitney Houston. And precisely, next May 25th, the day will be filled with dance in Pantin. For the third consecutive year, the event « 1km de danse » is making its big comeback along the Ourcq canal. A chance to let yourself get carried away in the dance with family, friends or even by yourself (don't worry, you'll surely find someone to dance with!).

Breathtaking performances
From 2pm until midnight, Pantin will live to the rhythm of music and the movements of its professional or amateur dancers. For this event, all styles will be celebrated: modern jazz, zumba, hip-hop, afro dance, classical, and contemporary. Local troupes, associations, and conservatories will come together to get you grooving and make you see stars.

Dance takes over all of Pantin
Where will it happen? Everywhere, from the North Terrace of CN D to Pointe Square, through the March 19, 1962 Garden and the Fil de l'Eau Theater. At 6:30 pm, get ready to party with dance battles of all styles and from 8 pm, dance classes will be given by the O'Soul Collective x DJ Chaps of the Funky French League. Of course, there will be a DJ set to accompany it all!
