Get ready to be dazzled. Over in Craiova, nothing is done halfway for Christmas. From November 14, 2025, to January 4, 2026, this city in southwestern Romania is hosting the largest Christmas market in Europe. Spanning 280,000 square meters, this market will immerse you in a real fairy tale.

Amidst the breathtaking decorations and numerous illuminations that give the city a uniquely enchanting atmosphere… it’s a total transformation of Craiova during this festive season. You can find the famous giant Nutcracker soldiers adorning every square, as well as wooden chalets wafting delightful aromas.
