Off to Japan! Matsuri, a brand that now has 8 locations in Paris and its surroundings, has been popularizing a delightfully Japanese concept in France for a few years: the sushi bar on a conveyor belt. It's the perfect spot for enthusiasts of Japanese treats who want to enjoy three dozen makis and California rolls in a fun way, all while being transported to the heart of Tokyo through the decor. In fact, the brand recently opened a new location on Rue du Bac, which recreates the interior of a super-modern train carriage!

Sushis and makis on a conveyor belt

At Matsuri, the concept is simple. We watch the little plates glide past our eyes and pick whatever we fancy, just like in kaitenzushi in Japan. A menu guides you on all the delicious options to savor, featuring a selection that combines classics of Japanese cuisine with reimagined recipes, ranging from sushi, makis, California rolls, skewers, gyozas, and so much more, including nor tacos!

is, onigiri, hand rolls, and bowls of udon noodles. When it comes to products, Matsuri takes pride in offering fresh products and sustainably sourced fish certified by MSC, for top-quality dishes !
