In the gourmet street of Vinaigriers, the two friends, Jacques - pizza maker - and Geoffroy, have decided to open Bobby's little brother, a restaurant with delicious Italian cuisine that has become an institution in Montmartre. Named Vafamoc (don't say that to a Neapolitan at the risk of appearing rude), this pizzeria with Mediterranean vibes aims to be their version of street food. And what better place than by the canal to enjoy a snack with your feet in the water.

No pizza or pasta here, just delicious panzerotti! It's a first in Paris. Bobby's customers already love our small panzerotti as an appetizer, so we thought, 'Why not make them a specialty in a larger version?' Jacques explains. For those unfamiliar with Italian cuisine, panzerotti are delightful turnovers that originate from Puglia and have grown to be a culinary favorite all over Italy. These tasty treats are made of pizza dough filled with a variety of flavorful ingredients, folded into a half-moon shape, and fried until golden and crispy. While traditional panzerotti are stuffed with mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and ham, our menu offers a range of exciting flavors such as tomato sauce with smoked provolone cheese and pepper, a mushroom and mozzarella mix with parsley, or ricotta with pork jowl and pepper. Delicious!

"We put a lot of emphasis on where we get our ingredients," explains Jacques, "the mozzarella is made in Ile-de-France, the mushrooms are sourced from urban farms, and the vegetables are mainly from the IDF." This attention to detail ensures the high quality of the toppings, which are complemented by a wonderfully soft dough and baked to perfection in a pizza oven for that satisfying crunch. Whether you enjoy them in-store or on-the-go, they are perfect for a quick and delicious meal."
