We absolutely love them, we even dream about them sometimes… Pasta is the timeless go-to, for breakfast or dinner, in winter or summer. Yes, but there are pasta and there are pasta, and in Paris, prices can soar quickly. However, we’ve found three favorite spots where you can indulge until you're full without spending more than €15.Andiamo ?
Bistrotto
Bistrotto is the new Montmartre trattoria that everyone agrees on. Here, you can enjoy the great classics of Italian cuisine, especially fresh pasta, in a warm atmosphere and without any fuss. At the helm of this restaurant are Rafael and his friend Arthur, ch.At Sugo, they shared their recipes: Pasta al Ragù with a delicious shredded beef, the must-try Cacio e Pepe, or the ones with pesto… At Bistrotto, the blend of tradition and modernity delights our taste buds and our wallets: at lunchtime, expect to spend 15€ for a pasta sugo and tiramisu menu. Enjoy your meal!

Sugo
Speaking of Sugo, let’s head to the 2nd to enjoy the temple of fresh pasta. Made from organic Italian durum wheat semolina and without eggs, these pastas are paired with sauces that Arthur has perfected. Just like at Bistrotto, you’ll find the classics like Cacio e Pepe, Ragù, and Pesto, but also the delightful Amatriciana featuring aged pork cheek, pecorino romano, and toasted pepper, as well as Sugo with confit Sardinian tomatoes and garlic. We’re completely won over, and our wallets are happy too, since dishes range between 12 and 15€.

Fellows
Homemade, organic products sourced from local artisans and producers… Fellows has gathered all the ingredients to create the perfect restaurant recipe. On the menu, fresh pasta for sure, but with some rather unusual sauces: harissa, cheese butter, tomato gin, cacio e Zaatar, truffles, or even butternut gnocchi with ricotta. It's original, the recipes change with the seasons, and the dishes are priced between €9 and €14. In short, we love it!
